FAQ
Answers about connecting your business software, using AI with your own data, and working with Pierce Integrations.
How we connect the software your business already pays for.
We connect the tools small businesses already use, including Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, Airtable, Gmail, Outlook, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Google Drive, and spreadsheets. If a tool has an API or a Zapier connector, we can usually connect it to the rest of your systems.
Yes. A common setup sends signed deals from Salesforce into QuickBooks so invoices and customer records don't have to be typed twice. We can also pull QuickBooks data, like AR aging, back into reports your sales team can see.
Yes. We've built syncs that move deals from Salesforce into Airtable on a schedule, with a change log so you can see what moved and when. Signed deals can automatically land on an install or project schedule.
Not always. We start with the connections your tools already include. When a low-cost connector like Zapier is the simplest and most reliable option, we tell you up front what it costs before anything is built.
Yes. Pipeline, cash, AR and AP aging, job schedules, and compliance expirations can be emailed on a set schedule, like every Monday morning, without anyone running them by hand.
No. The goal is to make the tools you already pay for work together. If a different tool would serve you better, we'll recommend it, but there's no obligation to switch.
Putting AI to work on your own business data, safely.
AI becomes far more useful when it's connected to your business data. Once linked to your CRM, accounting software, calendar, and inbox, you can ask plain-English questions like "What's our AR aging?" or "Which bids are due this week?" and get answers from your own systems.
Yes. With the right connection, you can ask for a P&L, AP aging, or AR aging in plain English instead of building reports by hand.
We use the official, secure connections each software provider offers, and we only grant the access each integration needs. Your data stays in your own accounts, and you can turn off any connection at any time.
No. AI takes over repetitive work like pulling reports, re-entering data, and chasing reminders, so your team can spend time on customers and decisions.
The businesses we work with and where we work.
Small businesses of any type that run on everyday software, especially companies whose CRM, accounting, scheduling, and email don't talk to each other. Contractors and field service companies are a natural fit because that's where our experience comes from.
We're based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and work with small businesses anywhere in the United States. Most of the work is done remotely.
There's no minimum. Integrations often pay off most for teams of 2 to 50 people, where a few hours saved each week makes a real difference.
It usually starts with one high-value connection, like syncing your CRM with your project schedule or setting up a weekly owner's report, and then grows from there.
Most business owners don't realize what their existing tools can already do. One call will show you. Tell us about your business and we'll reply within one business day. Prefer to talk? Call 847.856.9527.
